Denny was great, o complaints about his performance. The only “improve” I would give the experience is for y’all to offer an electronic signature option for all documents. I realize some older customers prefer the hand signature and scan/email option, but it really does slow down the process and most younger clients are accustomed to electronic signatures on things. Right or wrong, not having that option makes your office appear behind the times.
